Service Description

This service covers the materials and labor it takes to paint a normal 8x10 foot room with 8-9 foot tall walls. (WALLS ONLY) If the ceiling, trim or doors need attention. The team will add accordingly. Please mention in notes. Paint materials include mid grade finish paint. Ask for higher grade paint if necessary for a small price difference. Most room contents must be moved by residents to the middle of the room or out of the space to be worked on. Thank you
